• Set and optimise wave, selective soldering and rework processes.
• Qualify conformal coating, underfill and potting processes.
• Control press-fit, cleaning and depaneling processes.
• Analyse defects such as solder bridging, voids and poor wetting.
• Introduce new materials and processes with validation plans.
• Maintain process windows and SPC charts.
• Support customer audits for process capability.
