OSAT Technical Sales Engineer

• Understand customer product requirements for performance, power, form factor and cost.
• Recommend package types such as BGA, flip-chip, fan-out and SiP with trade-offs.
• Prepare technical and cost proposals with package engineering and costing teams.
• Present capabilities, qualification data and roadmaps to customer engineering.
• Support design-in reviews on substrate design, thermal and signal integrity.
• Coordinate samples and engineering builds to prove feasibility.
• Report competitive intelligence and win-loss to sales leadership.
