• Forecast obsolescence dates for wafers, packages, process nodes and materials.
• Recommend resolutions such as last-time buy, form-fit-function replacement, redesign or die bank.
• Run lifecycle reviews with program, design and sourcing teams.
• Track counterfeit risk and approved-source requirements.
• Quantify cost and schedule impact of obsolescence on active programs.
