Metrology Technician

Project

Work done for a product or program.

• Run measurement recipes for thickness, CD, overlay and film stress on production lots
• Perform daily tool qualification using reference standards and golden wafers
• Verify gauge repeatability and tool-to-tool matching and log results
• Perform PM, optics cleaning and stage checks on metrology tools
• Flag out-of-spec measurements and hold lots per the control plan
• Maintain recipe integrity and sampling plans in the MES
• Support engineers on measurement system analysis and new recipe setup
