• Select and characterise detectors, interferometers and capacitive or eddy sensors.
• Design low-noise analog front-ends and data acquisition chains.
• Calibrate sensors and model measurement uncertainty.
• Characterise drift, thermal and vibration sensitivity.
• Develop gauge R&R and tool-matching test plans.
• Debug noise and repeatability issues in prototype tools.
