MEMS Wafer-Level Test Engineer

• Develop wafer-level probing for MEMS capacitance, resonance and offset measurements.
• Design test stimulus such as rate tables, shakers, pressure and thermal chambers.
• Create calibration and trim flows for sensitivity, offset and temperature drift.
• Work on MEMS-ASIC interface tests and readout coverage.
• Build vacuum, hermetic and cavity pressure tests for packaged MEMS.
• Correlate wafer-level results with final package and system tests.
• Reduce test time through parallel mechanical stimulus.
