Master Production Scheduler

• Generate and maintain the master production schedule at part and week level across all assembly and test sites.
• Sequence backend builds against die availability, substrate arrival, test cell capacity and customer request dates.
• Release and reschedule assembly and test work orders into OSAT and internal MES systems with correct routing and bill of material.
• Manage the firm-planned-order horizon, time fences and schedule change control to limit nervousness in the plan.
• Resolve daily shortages and mismatches between die bank, substrate inventory and test hardware availability.
• Prioritise and sequence expedites, partial builds and multi-mark or bin-split decisions with product engineering.
• Balance load across qualified test cells and assembly lines to level utilisation and protect cycle time.
• Maintain scheduling parameters such as lot sizes, minimum order quantities, setup times and test time per insertion.
• Publish daily and weekly schedule attainment and shortage reports to operations and customer fulfillment.
• Support cutover activities for engineering change orders, package transitions and die revision changes in the schedule.
