Kitting and Programming Services Engineer

Project

• Program flash, MCU, EEPROM and secure elements on production programmers from customer golden images.
• Validate programmed images with checksums and sample verification before release.
• Set up tape-and-reel, laser marking, baking and dry-pack conversions per customer specification.
• Build and verify kits against bill-of-materials with serialised, lot-controlled traceability.
• Manage secure handling of customer firmware, keys and golden images under NDA.
• Maintain and calibrate programmers and handlers and resolve yield and contact issues.
• Document work instructions and support customer audits of the service line.
