• Monitor wafer, die-bank, WIP and finished-goods inventory against target coverage.
• Identify aged, slow-moving and excess inventory and propose actions.
• Prepare excess and obsolescence reserve inputs with finance.
• Align inventory builds with demand spikes, last-time-buy and allocation actions.
• Manage hub, consignment and distributor inventory positions.
• Report inventory turns, days of inventory and write-off risk.
