Hook-Up Technician

Project

Work done for a product or program.

• Move in, level and anchor tools in the cleanroom following the install plan
• Connect process gases, chemicals, vacuum, exhaust, water and electrical lines
• Pressure test and leak check gas and chemical lines before use
• Bring up utilities and perform tool power-on and first-run checks with OEM engineers
• Install and label cabling, hoses and subfab equipment with clean practices
• Complete install checklists, punch lists and as-built drawings
• Follow lockout tagout, hot work and confined space permits on every job
