• Mechanically polish and cross-section dies and packages.
• Mount samples and prepare them for SEM and TEM.
• Perform parallel lapping and delayering to target layers.
• Run X-ray and optical inspection per FA engineer instruction.
• Manage chemical waste and lab safety logs.
• Maintain polishers and prep tools.
