• Support customer hardware and software teams during design-in of the vendor's ICs.
• Review customer schematics, layouts and power trees and flag risks before board spin.
• Debug issues on customer boards in the lab and at customer sites with scopes and analysers.
• Present product roadmaps and technical deep-dives to customer engineering teams.
• Qualify new opportunities with sales and record design-in status in the CRM.
• Escalate silicon, software and documentation issues to product line and design teams with reproducible evidence.
• Run customer workshops and evaluation-board bring-up sessions for new product launches.
