• Find savings in chillers, air handlers, vacuum pumps and compressed air
• Set tool idle-mode and standby settings with equipment engineers
• Measure and verify savings with submetering
• Prepare business cases for efficiency capital projects
• Track energy intensity per wafer layer
• Join design reviews for new fab modules to cut energy use
