• Tune epitaxial growth recipes for thickness and resistivity uniformity.
• Control dopant profiles and transition widths.
• Reduce crystal defects such as stacking faults and slip.
• Qualify epi reactors, susceptors and gas sources.
• Run silicon, silicon carbide or gallium nitride epitaxy per product line.
• Analyse film data from SRP, FTIR and X-ray tools.
• Support customer qualification and defect reviews.
