• Design and operate CI/CD pipelines that build, static-analyse, flash and test embedded images on every commit.
• Containerise and version build environments so builds are reproducible across developers and years.
• Implement artefact management, caching and incremental build strategies to keep build times acceptable.
• Instrument pipeline observability with dashboards on build duration, flake rate, queue time and farm utilisation.
• Integrate static analysis, sanitizers, licence scanning and security scanning gates into the pipeline.
• Support developers debugging pipeline failures and reduce time lost to infrastructure flakiness.

• Build and maintain hardware-in-the-loop board farms with automated power control, flashing, serial capture and recovery.
• Automate device provisioning, board health monitoring and self-healing recovery from bricked or hung targets.
• Scale infrastructure across sites and clouds while managing cost, capacity and hardware availability.
• Maintain infrastructure as code and disaster-recovery procedures for the build and test estate.
