Responsibilities

Project

Work done for a product or program.

Define the partner strategy and tiering model for each ecosystem category and the value exchange with each tier.
Negotiate and manage partnership agreements covering joint development, certification, co-marketing and support obligations.
Drive technical enablement so partner tools, IP, operating systems and frameworks are validated on the company's silicon before launch.
Run partner certification and compliance programmes, including reference platform validation and logo/badge criteria.
Operate the partner portal, developer programme and partner-facing documentation with digital marketing.
Coordinate joint go-to-market activity, from co-authored whitepapers to shared booth presence and joint customer calls.
Identify ecosystem gaps that block customer adoption and either recruit a partner or make the case for internal investment.

Function

Work that keeps the discipline running: methods, tools, suppliers and people.

Track partnership health metrics and escalate underperforming relationships or renegotiate their scope.
Manage foundry and OSAT ecosystem alignment so design enablement matches the roadmap timeline.
Act as internal advocate for partner requirements in roadmap and enablement planning.
