• Support a franchised line card technically across dozens of mid-market customers, recommending devices for new designs.
• Run bench debug and bring-up support on evaluation kits at customer sites and in distributor labs.
• Deliver technical seminars, roadshows and hands-on workshops for the distributor's customer base.
• Maintain certification on each supported supplier's new product families and toolchains.
• Advise customers on lifecycle, second-source and cross-reference alternatives during shortage or EOL events.

Function

• Create demand by proposing solutions from supported suppliers' portfolios and registering designs for special pricing.
• Perform schematic reviews, component selection and BOM optimisation across multiple suppliers' parts in one design.
• Escalate issues beyond the distributor's depth into the supplier's FAE and support organisation with reproduction evidence.
• Support reference-design-based solution kits that bundle multiple suppliers' components for common applications.
• Feed field intelligence on design activity and competitor penetration back to both distributor and supplier teams.
