Design Analytics & Dashboard Engineer

• Develop dashboards showing block-level convergence trends, tapeout readiness and regression status for engineers and management.
• Implement alerting on metric regressions such as a block's TNS worsening or DRC count rising beyond thresholds.
• Instrument farm and license data to report compute consumption, cost per block and efficiency by project.
• Validate data quality and reconcile discrepancies between tool reports and dashboard values.
• Automate weekly and milestone reporting packages that program management previously assembled by hand.
• Support post-tapeout retrospectives with historical trend analysis on execution and QoR.

Function

Work that keeps the discipline running: methods, tools, suppliers and people.

• Build data pipelines that extract timing, power, area, DRC, coverage and runtime metrics from tool reports into a central data store.
• Design schemas and data models linking metrics to design version, tool version, corner, run configuration and owner.
• Provide self-service query capability and APIs so other teams and ML models can consume design metrics.
• Work with CAD and flow teams to standardise machine-readable report output at every flow stage.
