• Build and maintain the integrated programme schedule from spec to production ramp.
• Run milestone reviews with architecture, design partner and validation leads.
• Track risks, dependencies and critical path across silicon, package, board and firmware.
• Manage tape-out readiness gates and sign-off checklists.
• Coordinate foundry, OSAT and ASIC partner deliverables and escalations.
• Report programme status, budget and risk to executive sponsors.
• Lead post-silicon bring-up planning and production ramp readiness.
