Counterfeit Detection and Quality Engineer

• Run visual, X-ray, decap, XRF and solderability inspections on suspect lots.
• Investigate customer returns and nonconformances and issue 8D reports.
• Maintain approval records and traceability back to the manufacturer for each lot.
• Coordinate with third-party test labs for electrical and material analysis.
• Report suspect parts to GIDEP and customers and quarantine affected stock.

• Implement counterfeit avoidance plans aligned with AS6081 and AS5553 for supplier approval.
• Qualify independent and franchised sources by audit and supplier scorecard.
