Responsibilities

Project

Work done for a product or program.

Own the consortium's multi-year specification release portfolio, sequencing working group deliverables, dependencies and release trains.
Administer the intellectual property rights framework, collecting IPR declarations and running the adopter-agreement flow with counsel.
Track cross-working-group dependencies and escalate schedule risk to the board with quantified impact and mitigation options.
Drive liaison agreements and joint work with adjacent bodies and align release messaging with the marketing work group.
Enforce antitrust guardrails and confidentiality discipline in all member forums, including agenda pre-screening.
Manage the specification publication pipeline from board approval to member download and public release.
Instrument programme health metrics such as contribution volume, meeting attendance, ballot velocity and member churn.

Function

Work that keeps the discipline running: methods, tools, suppliers and people.

Manage member lifecycle operations: recruitment, tiered membership agreements, onboarding, voting-rights tracking and dues renewal.
Run plenary, board and marketing work group meetings, and maintain the consortium's document control, archives and member portal.
Operate the consortium's annual budget, staff and contractor spend, event budgets and test-programme cost recovery.
