• Run TCAD simulations of photodiode doping, transfer gate and isolation.
• Optimise microlens, colour filter and deep trench isolation with process teams.
• Model dark current, lag, blooming and crosstalk.
• Design pixel-level readout circuits and layout rules.
• Plan test structures and pixel test chips for process learning.
• Analyse silicon pixel data and iterate with fab on process splits.
