• Negotiate tool pricing, delivery slots, warranty, spares and field-service terms.
• Track order status, shipment, installation and acceptance milestones.
• Evaluate total cost of ownership including consumables, uptime and service contracts.
• Report capital spend, commitments and tool-delivery risk to finance and program leaders.

• Manage long-lead items such as EUV, ion implant and probers across multi-year capacity plans.
• Manage export license and trade-control implications of equipment shipments with trade compliance.
