• Load and validate customer BOMs, approved vendor lists and reference designators.
• Resolve BOM and design data conflicts with customer engineering.
• Control engineering change orders and revision releases.
• Cross-check BOMs against approved manufacturers and alternates.
• Run BOM costing and flag parts with long lead time.
• Maintain item master and PLM data quality.
• Audit shop-floor BOMs against the released revision.
