• Run DFT and tight-binding calculations for new channel, contact and dielectric materials.
• Apply NEGF and Monte Carlo transport models to nanoscale devices.
• Extract parameters to feed TCAD and compact models such as BSIM.
• Develop compact models for new devices including GAA, 2D and ferroelectric FETs.
• Validate models against measurement data with experimental teams.
• Develop machine-learning interatomic potentials and surrogates.

• Publish and contribute to standards such as CMC model releases.
