ATE Test Program Developer

• Develop SoC test programs on the ATE platform for digital, analog and power tests.
• Convert ATPG, BIST and functional patterns into tester-ready vectors and timing.
• Create test limits, binning and datalog output per product spec.
• Debug test programs on first silicon and correlate with bench measurements.
• Optimise test time, handler parallelism and guard-banding.
• Work with load board designers on tester resources and signal integrity.
• Release programs under revision control and support transfer to OSAT test floors.
