AI Toolchain Product Manager

• Gather and rank customer requirements from field engineering, support escalations and direct design-win engagements.
• Write product requirement documents translating workload needs into engineering-actionable feature specifications.
• Define release scope, content, dates and quality gates in partnership with engineering and QA leadership.
• Represent the software stack to executives with clear narratives on adoption, risk and investment need.
• Coordinate launch readiness across documentation, developer advocacy, support, training and sales enablement.

Function

Work that keeps the discipline running: methods, tools, suppliers and people.

• Define and maintain the multi-release roadmap for the compiler, runtime and SDK with explicit prioritization rationale.
• Track competitive software stacks such as CUDA, ROCm and vendor NPU SDKs and identify differentiation and parity gaps.
• Own developer experience metrics including time-to-first-model, documentation quality and SDK adoption funnels.
• Set the open-source versus proprietary strategy for each component and the licensing implications.
• Manage lifecycle decisions including deprecation policies, long-term support branches and compatibility commitments.
