• Develop fuzzers and random-graph generators that expose compiler bugs.
• Operate hardware-in-the-loop farms with boards and emulators.
• Track performance regressions and flag releases that miss targets.
• Triage failures and assign them to owning teams with minimal reproducers.
• Report quality metrics at release gates.
