AI Compiler QA Engineer

• Design and maintain the test matrix spanning models, data types, batch sizes, shapes, device counts and compiler flag combinations.
• Build differential testing harnesses that compare accelerator output against CPU or reference golden results within defined tolerances.
• Implement fuzzing and random graph generation to find compiler crashes, miscompiles and shape-inference failures.
• Own the nightly and pre-merge CI pipelines, keeping signal clean and flaky tests quarantined and fixed.
• Triage failures to the responsible component and file actionable bugs with minimized reproducers.
• Define and enforce release exit criteria covering correctness, performance, compile time and memory footprint.
• Track and report code, operator and configuration coverage and drive closure of untested regions.
• Validate documentation examples, tutorials and installation paths as part of release qualification.
• Build long-soak and stress tests that expose memory leaks and resource exhaustion over multi-day runs.
