• Own the end-to-end integration flow of the node.
• Set process targets across modules and cascade specs.
• Run split lots and learning cycles to close gaps to spec.
• Lead cross-module debug for yield and parametric issues.
• Align with DTCO and PDK teams on design rules.
• Manage risk register and readiness gates for qualification.
• Support early customer test chip learning.
