Hello, I have an offer from Silicon Labs, Austin as an Analog Design Engineer. TI’s acquisition is scheduled to happen by the first half of 2027, and it would help TI’s embedded processing group. Is it a smart choice to join Silicon Labs given that the group might have some overlap, and layoffs might follow in a few years? How has TI handled its previous acquisitions? submitted by /u/Brave_Gate_8451 [link] [comments]
