Analog/Mixed signal Design at Nvidia.

Hi all: I am currently considering Marvell and Nvidia for mixed signal design. Does anyone know if there's any difference in the work culture there? (is there good collaboration between engineers and teams). Is there a good level of ownership from design engineers? From talking to people, everyone seems very busy and scope can be limited.
