Report Work product in the Fabless startup chip lifecycle
Even a test chip must pass the foundry's checks and work well enough to evaluate. The report records the evidence before submission. Without it, a check may be missed, the shuttle provider may reject the data or the test chip may fail for reasons unrelated to the concept being tested.
