Report Work product in the Automotive SPICE process and assessment lifecycle
It communicates the outcome of the assessment to the sponsor, the customer and the process owners in a form they can act on. When the result is known only to the assessors, the customer has no basis for acceptance and improvement work starts from opinion rather than findings.
