MustTotal dose and displacement damage results is reported with parameter shifts against limits.
MustSingle-event upset, transient, interrupt and latch-up results is reported with cross sections and rate predictions.
MustResults against the requirement is met, or deviations agreed with the customer.
MustRadiation hardness assurance report is approved.
