• MustQualification stress tests passed to the chosen standard, such as JEDEC, AEC-Q100 or AEC-Q104.

• MustProduction RF test program released and correlated to the bench.

• MustProduction test limits set from characterisation and qualification data.

• MustDatasheet released.

• MustMaterials declarations and export classification issued.
