CAGR (Compound Annual Growth Rate)
Compound annual growth rate (CAGR): the constant yearly rate at which a value would have to grow to go from its starting figure to its ending figure over a period.
Market forecasts quote it, but it hides year-to-year swings, which in semiconductors are large.
