The review that closes Hazard Analysis & Safety Goals. It confirms that the hazard analysis and risk assessment is complete and confirmation reviewed, and that the safety goals with their ASILs, or the assumed safety goals for an out-of-context element, are baselined. This pack is for the safety engineers who did the analysis, the reviewers who confirm it and the managers who must accept what the ASIL means for the project.
